O & M Wines is 100% committed to your satisfaction of the high-quality handcrafted wines that we import. All of our wines are stored in a temperature-controlled environment and are in excellent condition upon leaving our facility. Please inspect all packages as soon as they are received. Should any bottle(s) be broken during shipping, please contact: ozborne@omimports.la within 48 hours of receipt of your package(s) so we can file a claim with the shipping company. Please do not remove any of the damaged contents. If possible leave the package(s) as you found it on arrival and we will arrange to have the wine picked up in most cases. Temperature extremes can pose a threat to the overall quality of the wine. To this end, we do our best to monitor the weather and will delay shipping in known extremes of temperature whenever possible. However, O & M Wines cannot assume liability for wines that are overheated or frozen if weather changes occur during transit. All sales are final after purchased. 


Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. The person ordering and receiving the delivery must be at least 21 and may be required to sign for the wine and show evidence of age. We are currently able to ship wine to ALL states except for the following: AL, AK, DE, KY, MS, OK, PA, RI, SD and UT.

Refused Shipments

Orders that are shipped and refused by the customer or returned by the shipping company as "unable to deliver" will be credited the cost of the product minus all shipping charges.



Wine orders will processed immediately upon receipt. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order.
